I can’t thank Quality Countertops enough! I had purchased butcher block material from another company who referred a fabricator/installer who missed 3 different installation dates and couldn’t/ wouldn’t complete the job which pushed my kitchen remodel back a month. I was desperate to find a professional, licensed countertop business that would complete my installation which was difficult until I placed a call to Quality Countertops. Kristi actually took the time to listen to my predicament, was empathetic and checked with the business owner Paul, who agreed to finish the fabrication of my material even though I hadn’t purchased the material from them, and complete the installation in less than 2 weeks. My remodel has been a stressful and frustrating experience this summer, Quality Countertops relieved that stress and did an excellent job. It’s nice to know there are still small business out there that care and do good work. Now I know where to go if I ever decide on new Cabinets. Highly recommended!
